MERCHANDISE REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise, except for defects. The primary reason for offering our merchandise is to further support you in living courageously. We carefully chose a provider that offers high-quality merchandise and printing, but our margins are very slim AND profits from merchandise sales will be donated to Jamie’s Wings 501(c)(3). Unfortunately, we don’t have the staff to process returns due to sizing or other ordering decisions. Please order carefully. We appreciate your understanding!
If you find a defect on any product, please email email@example.com. Please include:
Your full name.
Email address (if sending email from a different address)
Item with defect.
If possible, include a photo of the defect.
We will reply to you ASAP in order to replace or refund your defective item.
